| Why does a life of no sleep cause a person to either become excessively emotional or robotically numb? I'd rather not lack emotions but it's hard when I don't have time to sleep.

| Have the arts ever been used as an apologetic? Not in the atheist-theist debate perhaps, but what about the world religion debate? Where are the great mormon hymns that even the secular world sings? Where is the great literature with strong muslim themes and allegories that even children read because of how fascinating the story was woven?
Err... just a really early morning thought. I haven't really had time to explore my options on it.

| Great speed in reading is a dubious achievement; it is of value only if what you have to read is not really worth reading.

| Alright, so I'm sure that a few of you have noticed that I'm back on the intarweb. I just graduated from Boot Camp last Friday. Ask me to tell you some stories from there because some are pretty hilarious and some are down right scary but I don't want to put them up on the internet for the world to see
I'm currently in Goose Creek, South Carolina (located 10 minutes north of Charleston) awaiting for Nuclear Power school to begin on the 17th of July. It's the Navy's most difficult (academically) program but I'm up for the challenge. Actually, I'm looking forward to the challenge since I've never really put myself to the test before academically. I feel like this is going to be a huge humbling experience for me.
Thankfully, the Lord has been very faithful to me the past two months helping me maintain my integrity and my testimony. He's done more than that, He's strengthened my testimony and taught me many valuable lessons. I know that without His strength I never would have made it through Boot Camp. Praise God!
